Warm Weather Shipping



Warm weather is approaching fast please keep that in mind when selecting your shipping options to warmer climates.

We cannot guarantee your candy items from melting even when choosing to add ice packs or expedited shipping. Ice packs only last 36 hours or less depending on the weather. Please note that the delivery trucks are not air conditioned and are usually hotter inside then the temperatures outside.

Ordering any candy shipped in warm temps is the buyer’s responsibility. In the summer months (June, July, August), we do not ship chocolates out on Wednesday, Thursdays or Fridays as your chocolates will sit on a hot trailer for the weekend.

We do offer next day and second day air to help keep your candy from melting, but we can not promise it still will not melt. We also recommend adding one or two cold packs per melt able candies. Cold Packs are available for purchase for just $2.00.

The choice will be yours; however we can not be responsible for any items melting.

Shipping



Please note that orders going to the west coast normally takes 5 - 8 business days to arrive after the order is shipped depending on the shipping method you select. Orders normally ship within 2 to 3 business days. However with the busy season it may take a day longer. Weekends are not included in this time frame.

When selecting air options please note that does not include weekends . Normally you order will normally ship next day Monday - Thursday and only be delivered Monday - Friday.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED USING FEDEX or US POSTAL SERVICE.

Shipping Questions

1 - How soon will my order ship ?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 – 3 business days. From time to time we run into a product availability problem. If a problem occurs and your order will be delayed we will contact you either by email or phone.

2 - How long will it take me to get my order ?

Depending on your location you will receive your order within 3 – 10 business days.

3 - Do you ship to military bases?

Yes we can ship to APO’s and FPO’s. These orders will have to be shipped USPS and can not qualify for our flat rate shipping special. Once we receive your order we will calculate the fees published on the USPS website.Once the shipping fees are determined, we will email you back and let you know what the fees are.

4 - Can I place an order and have it shipped to someplace other then the billing address?

Sure no problem. All we ask is that you indicate on the order form the shipping and billing addresses also if you are having this shipped to a business please include the business name.

5 – Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No we are sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes. As the post office does not except deliveries from shipping carriers other then the post office.

6 – Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes we will send you an email confirmation providing you with the carrier and the tracking number. If for some reason you don’t get the email feel free to contact us and we can provide you with that information.

7 – How do you ship my order?

We ship orders in numerous ways. We will select which method to ship that will get your order to you the quickest way possible. It may come UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. You will be notified which method we used when you receive you tracking number.

8 - Can I pay for my order with a check ?

No we are sorry, we do not except checks. You may pay for your order with American Express, Master Card, Visa or Pay Pal.

9 – How much will shipping cost?

Shipping fees are determined by the weight of the package. We offer ground, second day air, next day air shipping and of course our flat rate special.

10 - What is Air shipping methods?

A: Air shipping methods are either next day air or second day air. Which means you will get your order quicker then the usual 3 - 10 depending on your location. Please keep in mind that it takes a day or so to process you order and FEDEX only delivers Monday - Friday not on the weekends. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sundays will not ship until Tuesday of the following week.

11– Can anyone use the flat rate shipping special?

The flat rate shipping special is only available for orders shipping to the lower 48 states excluding wholesale and bulk orders, these must be shipped standard ground. Any orders shipping to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, military bases and international orders must be shipped via USPS. You will be emailed the updated shipping fees for your approval before shipping.

12 -How Do I Cancel An Order.

Once an order is shipped it is out of our hands. If you feel the need to cancel the order you will have to wait until it is delivered then return it back to us. The shipping fees to you and back to us are your responsibility. Once again please keep in mind that there can be weather related delays that we have no control of. If you need to cancel your order, you will need to email us right away. Once we receive your email we will reply with a cancellation number. IF you do not email us before the order is ship, orders can not be cancelled.

13 - All orders returned or canceled once processed are subject to a 25 % restocking fee. You will be credit for the candy only minus the 25% stocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable



14 – What is the flat rate shipping rates?

Flat rate shipping is usually the cheapest method, however it does take longer to arrive once shipped. If you have any questions please feel free to call us and one of our friendly associates will assist you with your order.

While flat rate shipping is the cheapest shipping rates, it also takes the longest time to arrive. Also they do not get a signature, if you feel you live in an area that it is best to require a signature please either call us for options or selected ground method of shipping. If orders show as being delivered with the tracking info and your package disappears there is nothing we can do about it.

When you buy online, someone has to pay shipping. That's just a fact. UPS and FedEx doesn't do it for free. We offer our products to you at reasonable prices. Don't be swayed by cheap shipping. Compare our prices, we never mark up our candy to cover cheap shipping. WE compare our prices, many charge 20-50% more. You'll see we give a lower total cost to you. All of this with outstanding customer service.

We have many shipping options to choose from. Flat rate, ground and express, depending on how fast you need your candy.

1. Flat rate depending on your location is normally the best rates, however it can take anywhere from 6 – 10 business days to arrive after your order is shipped. Your package will start off with FEDEX then when it gets to your state it is handed off to the Post Office. The post office makes the final delivery.

Please note: To be able to use the flat rate option you must have local postal delivery to your home. Some rural area’s do not have daily mail delivery available for your area if this is the case please call us and we will see what we can do.

2. Ground shipping will be Fedex. The shipping fees are set by Fedex and normally is a little bit more to ship.. The fees are based off the ship to location and the weight of your purchase. Best part of ground is you will get your order quicker then if selecting the flat rate shipping. Normally orders are received in approximately 5 business days once shipped. Ground shipping methods are only available for order shipping to the states. This is not an option for PR, AK, HI, Military or international order – these orders will need to be shipped Priority Mail.





Return Policies



Before returning your order please be sure to call us or returns will be denied. All orders returned must be accompanied with your invoice, if you no longer have your invoice please provide the following information.

Please note the holiday candy can not be returned for any reason. Sorry but there is such a short selling season on these items.

We can customize your orders to your personalize needs, however once the order process as begun these orders may not be cancelled or returned as they are for your specific needs.

Contact name, address and phone number, reason for returning your product and your credit card number so we can credit your card. Shipping fees are not refundable. All orders must be shipped back by either UPS or FEDEX so they are traceable. There is also a 25 % of your total order for a restocking fee.

Sorry we are unable to give a refund on orders due to melting. Please see our shipping policies.
